Acting as an extension of our clients’ staff, we oversee and manage all aspects of a project including design, planning, scheduling, cost control, purchasing, and manufacturing.
All Final Rev projects are assigned to a dedicated Project Manager, who will be the single point of contact for the customer for the life cycle of the program.
